HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs from order date if purchased before 1 pm PST. All US orders are shipped USPS Mail, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

WHAT ARE VINTAGE CLOSET ITEMS? 

Most of our Vintage Closet items are exclusively from our personal closet. They can be gently worn or new. Specific details for each garment or item(s) will be stated in the description.

Both! make sure to check out the description for each item.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, NOW WHAT?

If we mistakenly sent out the wrong item to you, please send us an email to INFO@StyleinCalifornia.com . We will make sure to get you the right item. 

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE AN ITEM? 

We’re so sorry to hear. We gladly accept returns & exchanges within 10 days of receipt on items that are in original condition (undamaged, unaltered, unworn) brand new, tags attached. Earrings and Vintage closet  items are final sale.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS THE WRONG SIZE? 

Oh no! If its a QBFB boutique item, please send us an email to INFO@StyleinCalifornia.com . For items from our Vintage closet, there is no duplicates, each piece is unique all on its own. Please check the measurements provided prior to purchasing. If you feel there was an error please do no hesitate to reach out.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS / EXCHANGES? 

We accept returns & exchanges within 10 days of receipt on items that are in original condition (undamaged, unaltered, unworn) brand new, tags attached. Earrings and ‘Vintage’ closet items are final sale. 

HOW CAN I PROCESS A RETURN / EXCHANGE? 

If you are returning or exchanging an item please email INFO@StyleinCalifornia.com prior to mailing the item(s) in order to expedite the process. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes, The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with 
shipping fees, exchanges, and/or returns. Including: 
  • Items being sent back for exchange or return. 
  • orders were lost in the mail due to incorrect address
  • unclaimed, unreceived packages when there has been valid proof of delivery. 
  • Packages refused upon delivery. 

WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY FROM A RETURN? 

All return orders are processed within 10-14 days upon delivery. Please allow 3-5 days after the delivery date while the return order is processed. All returns are returned to the original form of payment.
